COSPLAY POLICY CHANGE, EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY!

COSPLAY POLICY CHANGE!!! PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE PARTICIPATING IN COSPLAY, mainly to those using props. Here at the Four State Comic Con we strive to provide a safe and secure place for our attendees, vendors, guests, and staff. After speaking with our E-Board it was decided to ban any realistic looking prop firearms or prop explosives like grenades. The original policy was that prop firearms that had an orange tip were acceptable but due to recent events in the country we feel that is 1 step that we can due to provide a safer experience for all attending. Simple painting a prop gun a different color will not change if it is allowed or not. Any prop that is obviously fake such as a "space blaster" or sci fi type of weapon will still be permitted. FSCC reserves the right to make any final decisions if the prop will be permitted or not and to withhold entry of the attendee due to this. I understand that this may effect some of you but please understand our position. Please also keep in mind that this is not a political debate and we will not engage any such attempt on this page.
