If you are interested in getting on our waitlist for being a vendor or exhibitor at our event please download and complete the attached contract (fillable PDF file). Email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, after approval you will receive a PayPal invoice from us. Payment is due within 48 hours to reserve your spot. We can not guarantee advertising on our FACEBOOK, EMAIL, or WEBSITE if we do not have your completed contract and payment 2 weeks prior to the show date.

$130.00 - Artist Alley – 8ft x 8 ft Booth w/ 6ft table and 2 chairs- No extra tables or chairs allowed. This area is reserved for artists or writers selling THEIR OWN original art on paper or other media. No other sales from merchandise, crafts, or items is allowed without the permission of the FSCC.

$50.00 - Electric (Vendor must provide their own extension cords and/or Surge protector. It is recommended you bring a 25ft extension cord. Vendors being found to use the electricity without purchasing will be subject to a $25.00 fee.)
$12.00 - Extra Vendor Badge (Max of 2 extra badges only)

2> Fill out the form on your PC, Mac or phone after downloading it.
3> Click on the EMAIL button at the bottom of the vendor contract to send the completed contract to us. Make sure the contract is attached to your email before sending.
